Sponsorship packages often fall into different tiers. For instance, a Platinum Sponsorship typically belongs to a higher tier than a Hole Sponsorship. To accommodate this, we have introduced a Sponsorship Tier feature, which allows you to add and assign various tiers to your sponsorship items.
To create your tier, first, navigate to the Images section within the Event Website section of your Event Manager and select the Sponsor Logos filter:
To add a tier, click the "Add Sponsorship Tier" button to the right of the "Add Image.” A dialogue box will appear; first, give your tier a name. This can be whatever you want and certainly does not need to include the word “tier.”
You will also see the “Display Grid” drop-down, where you can select up to 4 columns to display your logos on your “Our Supporters” page. For instance, you may want to highlight the premier sponsors in larger columns. Selecting the option "1 Column" will give that sponsor logo the entire page width. "2 Columns" will display two logos side by side, and so on.
I’ve chosen to display Tier 1 in two columns and Tier 2 in four columns. Here is an example of how this would appear on the “Our Supporters” page and the Supporters Widget:
‘Our Supporters’ Page:
‘Supporters Widget’:
As you can see, the logos will only be displayed in columns on the “Our Supporters” page. The Supporters Widget will not separate the logos into columns but will display the tier name below them.
Adding Images & Editing Tiers:
Once created, add images to your preferred tier by clicking “Add Image to (your tier name)” below each tier box:
You can update the tier names and column numbers anytime by clicking the edit pencil to the right of the tier name. In this case, I renamed the existing "Our Supporters" tier to "Tier 1."
To rearrange logos or entire tiers, drag and drop them using the dots on the left of each image name or tier name. They will be displayed on the site in the order you arrange them:
