To add Sponsorship Packages to a site, click Registration, then Items.
Here, you will be able to “Add New Item.” You can set up your Sponsorship Package and determine its contents. Make sure to toggle on “Display on Sponsorship Page” and “Allow Registrant to Upload a Logo."
Display on Sponsorship Page
The “Display on Sponsorship Page” option allows an Event Manager to determine which items appear on the dedicated Sponsorship Opportunities page. One may also decide to include Sponsorship Packages on the Register page by toggling “Display on Register Page,” but this is entirely up to the user!
Allow Registrant to Upload a Logo
“Allow Registrant to Upload a Logo” prompts the system to ask your sponsors to upload a logo during the checkout process. They will also be asked for information such as Company Name, Company Website Link/Social Media, Company Description, etc. You can customize which data is collected and whether it is required in the "Registrant Settings" section.
These items will compile themselves into the Images tab of your Event Management Dashboard under Sponsor Logos. Here, you’ll be able to download logos and choose where the sponsors are recognized on your event site.
If a logo is not displaying correctly on the site, please make sure your sponsor has provided a valid image file. This includes JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF. PDFs are not valid image files and cannot be displayed as sponsor logos on your site. If your sponsor uploads a PDF or other invalid image file, you can either contact them or upload a valid image on their behalf in the Sponsor Logos tab.
Limited Quantity
The “Limited Quantity” feature enables an Event Manager to put a limit on any of their registration items, including Sponsorship Packages. Whatever value is entered in this field will serve as a purchase limit, and registration opportunities for that package will be cut off after that many registrants have signed up.
