BirdEase offers exports of all registrant and participants(Golfers, Runners, Attendees) in either CSV or XLSX. All of our exports include email addresses. These reports can be downloaded by navigating to the Registrants section.
In the Download Reports dropdown menu, you will see the reports available to download. To get a comprehensive list of all registrant and participant emails is by downloading the Golfer Emails and Full Report
Full Report - Registrant Emails
The Full Report will contain a sheets of all registrants broken out by each registration item as well as a sheet label All Registrations that list all registrants. The All Registration sheets has an email column. That will be all the emails of every registrant for your event.
Golfer Emails
The Golfer Emails will be in CSV format and be a list of all golfers and their emails.
