BirdEase sends email notifications throughout the lifecycle of an event. To edit these email and text notifications navigate to Notification Center and then Event Email Notifications. BirdEase also allows for extensive customization of these notifications, enabling users to tailor email content and sender details to their event’s branding and communication preferences.
Editing an Email Notification
Click the pencil icon on the email you want to edit.
Make the desired changes.
Both the "Subject" and "Message Content" allow for inserting of variables that pertain to that type of notification.
All variables will be replaced when the email is sent from BirdEase with the respective value of the entity.
Click "Send Test Email" to ensure the changes made reflect in an actual email.
Click "Update Notification" to save changes.
Once the notification is saved, all future emails will reflect the changes that were made. It is also advisable to test any changes made by sending a preview email to yourself or colleagues to ensure the customization aligns with your expectations.
