Copy (Ctrl+C for Windows users, Command+C for Mac users) the URL that you would like to link the text or photo (a URL starts with http, https, www, etc.).
Head to the Page Content area of the page where you would like to place the link.
Type the text or add a photo in the Page Content area.
Highlight the text/photo you just added.
Click the "Chain Link" (Insert/Edit Link) icon.
A new box will appear for your to insert your link. Now paste your copied URL into the URL field.
Click "Open link in..." and select "New Window".
Click "Save".
