If you have not uploaded any images yet, check out this article.

When uploading images you may have noticed the Image Type field. The Image Type field dictates how and where the image will be accessible for you to use across your event site.

The types you can select are:

  • Logo

    • This will be the logo for your event site. There should only be one image with the Image Type of Logo. For more info, read this article.

  • Banner

    • When viewing your event site, you can add a banner image in the Theme editor. For more information, read this article.

  • General

    • A general image can be used to insert into any Page Content editor within your event manager navigation. That includes Pages, Messages, Item Descriptions, and Auction Item Descriptions.

For example, if you want to add an image to your Event Details/Homepage, you would navigate to Event Website > Pages > then click the edit pencil next to the page you are looking to edit (in this case, Event Details):

Within the Page Content editor, place your cursor where you would like to insert your image, click the Image icon, and select or drag and drop your photo:

  • Sponsor Logo

    • A sponsor logo is an image that will be displayed(when enabled) and can be sorted to change which logo shows up first. For more info, read this article.

Using a General Image in a Rich Text Editor

  1. In the rich text editor, look for the Insert/Edit Image button and click it.

  2. In the new window that opens, find the Image List dropdown.

    1. This list will contain all the images that you have uploaded that have the Image Type of General.

  3. Select the image that you want.

  4. Click the blue Save button to add image to the editor.
