For some events, the event manager may want to share more information on the event site in PDF format. To add a PDF link to any rich text editor, first upload the PDF by navigating to Event Website and Images from the left hand navigation of your event.
Uploading a PDF
Click "Add New Image" button.
Drag and Drop or Browse to desired PDF on your device.
Give it a meaningful name
This is how you will locate the link of the PDF when adding it to an rich text editor.
Click "Add Image" to save.
The PDF uploaded will be first in the grid. Click the "Three Dots" menu and click "Copy URL To Clipboard.
Adding Link To Content(Rich Text Editor)
Navigate to the desired rich text editor that will have the PDF link.
Put the cursor in the rich text editor where you want the link to be.
Click the "Insert/Edit Link" button icon.
Paste(Ctrl + v, or right click paste) the copied URL into the "URL" input.
Change the "Text To Display" input to desired text.
"Title" input is optional and not needed.
Set "Open Link In..." to "New Window".
Click "Save".
