There are two sections of the Payment Page:

  • Before Payment Content

  • After Payment Content

Before Payment Content

The Before Payment Content is the final step of the registration process and will be displayed after the Registrant has filled in their basic info but has not paid yet. Editing this page is a great way to display important notes and instructions to the Registrants, or even just a great place to say, "Thank you for your support, etc.".

After Payment Content

The After Payment Content will be displayed if the Registrant is considered paid. The only way that can happen is if they pay with a credit card or an Event Manager marks them as paid in the Event Dashboard.

Tip: One of the most common uses for both After or Before Payment Content is to add text thanking Registrants for their registration/contribution along with any notes or instructions regarding payment. It is often helpful to make this text large and bold so that it is clear to the Registrant what their next steps should be.

To edit this content, navigate to Event Website and then Pages.

  1. Click the pencil icon on the Payment Page row.

  2. Add, edit, and/or change text in the Before Payment Content and/or After Payment Content area(s).

  3. Click Update Page to save.

Completing a test registration is always a great idea to get a feel of the process and what the Registrants will see.
