How to Upload Images & Logos

Adding/Uploading images to your event site

To begin uploading images and your event logo to your site, navigate to the Event Website and then Images from the left-hand navigation of your event manager:

Before uploading any images, please use the following guidelines:

  • Images must be in JPEGJPG, GIFPNG, WEBP, or *PDF (PDF files can be uploaded for hyperlinking (view/download) purposes only; the image will not display on your site. For more information regarding hyperlinking PDFs, check out this article.

  • Keep images smaller than 2000 pixels wide. The larger the image, the more your event site will be affected by slow loading times.

  • Keep all images in one folder on your computer for easy access.

Uploading an Image

  1. Click the "Add New Image" button at the top of the Images page.

  2. Drag and drop or browse to the desired file on your device.

  3. Give the image a name.

    1. The image's name is how you will identify it when adding content(Pages, Descriptions, etc.) to your event website.

  4. All other inputs are optional. For more information, check out this article.

NOTE: When adding an image, the system will automatically set the Image Type input to the filter you have currently selected. For example, if you click on the Sponsor Logos filter, it will automatically recognize the image type as such. If the image is uploaded under All Images as shown in the video above, it will be set to General.
