Follow this 4 step guide to report a concern in seconds:


Step 1 : Open the Birdie App & choose your client

Step 2 : Start a report 

Step 3 : Click on “Raise concern” in the top right corner

Step 4 : Follow the steps and then click “Add concern to report” 

Note: 

Add plenty of details about what happened and what you’ve done so your Care Manager will be able to decide what to do next.

Who will see the alert?

Your Care Manager will instantly receive a notification with details of the alert you have raised.

Who will act on it?

Now that you have raised the alert, your Care Manager will take the appropriate actions. A member of staff from the office may call you to find out more information.

Why you should use the Birdie app to report a concern?

This is an instant way to notify your Care Manager of any accidents or incidents that take place during your visits. You have a duty of care to ensure your client’s safety and by raising an alert immediately, you will show that you have taken action to protect both yourself and them.
