Where do find and complete Auditing documents for Care Recipients
These care auditing documents follow the same format and process as the initial and additional assessments.
Start by going to the care recipient profile, from here click Care plan, and scroll down the page until you see the Auditing documents section.
Here you will see three auditing documents, these are:
Service reviews — This enables you to review packages of care at regular intervals (usually every six months) to understand changes to need and risk and suitability of the agreed care plan.
Courtesy calls — This enables you to check in following the first visit and then on an ad-hoc basis to keep a finger on the pulse of any issues.
Client feedback — This helps you to understand your care recipient’s perception of the service they receive and pick up on opportunities to enhance their experience.
How to create and complete an Auditing Document Assessment
Start by clicking into one of the documents and click Start a new assessment. From here, each of the three auditing documents will have set sections to fill out with options to write additional details. The below example showcases the Service review assessment.
When you have filled in all the relevant details click Submit at the bottom of the page. This will then be highlighted on the Care plan page with the date of completion.
