How to configure the app timesheet for Care Professionals

Toggle on or off different views to show information relevant for your Care professionals

Please note: This feature is available by opt-out and is part of Birdie’s Essentials, Core, Advanced, Plus and Premium packages. Please get in touch if interested in more information on this feature!

Your Care Professionals can view their visits that have been confirmed and are ready for payroll in their app. They will be able to see all of their confirmed visits since they started using Birdie.

This will not give them visibility over their payslip which includes information about their wage or salary, money earned and tax and insurance paid. They will only be able to see their timesheet, which is a document that allows for the recording of hours worked on various tasks and is used as input for payroll.

What will they see on the app?

Care Professionals will be able to see:-

  • Confirmed visits

  • Travel time

  • Travel mileage

  • Wait time

You can change the below views for the app:-

  • Travel time

  • Travel mileage

  • Wait time

If you do not pay for these or do not want them to show on the app please contact the support team via the chatbot or by emailing support@birdie.care. You can also contact your onboarding or customer success manager directly to request these be switched off.

You can customise what views are on the app, for example, you can have travel time and mileage showing but toggle off wait time.
