There are two common reasons tracking isn't showing what you'd expect.
Just received your shipping email?
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to become active after your order is dispatched. If your tracking link shows "not found" or no results, give it a day or two — the carrier just hasn't scanned your parcel into their system yet.
Tracking hasn't updated in a few days?
This is common, especially when parcels are moving between distribution hubs or through customs. Carriers often skip scans at intermediate checkpoints, so your package is most likely still on its way.
International orders
If your order is being shipped outside the UK, customs processing can sometimes add a few extra days with no tracking updates. This is handled by the destination country and is completely normal.
Still no movement?
If your tracking shows no updates for 7 or more days, get in touch with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier for you.
