Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet

Orders that haven't been dispatched can be cancelled with a full refund to your original payment method.

How to cancel:

  1. Log into your Blanc Space account

  2. Go to your orders page

  3. Click the cancel option to process your cancellation immediately

Self-cancellation is the quickest method. If the option isn't showing, our team may be able to check if it's still possible to stop production.

If your order has already shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled. You'll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it through our returns portal for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

Want to change something on your order?

If you need to change the design, phone model, or personalisation:

  • Not shipped yet: cancel from your account and place a new order with the correct details

  • Already shipped: wait for delivery, return it, and reorder

Important note: If you just need to update your email address, you don't need to cancel β€” our team can update that for you directly.

I cancelled but the charge is still showing

This is a temporary bank hold that typically clears within 24 hours. If the charge is still showing after 5 working days, we'd suggest contacting your bank directly.
