Changing your order details (address, product, or email)

Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit the shipping address or product details directly β€” orders move into production quickly and manual changes aren't guaranteed.

The quickest and most reliable way to update your order is to cancel it and place a new one.

How to cancel and reorder

Log into your account and you'll see the option to cancel your order. Once that's done, place a new order with the correct details. Cancellations are processed immediately, and refunds for the original order are returned within 1–3 working days.

If your order hasn't dispatched yet

Our fulfilment team may be able to make a manual change, but this isn't something we can guarantee. Cancelling and reordering is always the safest option.

Updating your email address

If you just need to update the email address on your order, there's no need to cancel β€” just let us know your order number and the new email address and we'll update it for you.

A quick note on timing

The window for changes closes fast once an order enters our system, so if you need to make a change, act as soon as possible.
