Don't worry — if you've cancelled your order but still see the charge on your bank statement, this is completely normal. It's a temporary bank hold, not an actual charge.
What's happening
When you place an order, your bank puts a temporary hold on the funds. If you cancel the order, the actual charge is stopped — but the hold can still show as a pending transaction for a short time.
No money has been taken from your account.
When will it disappear?
The hold typically clears on its own within 24–48 hours. Your bank will release the funds back to your available balance without you needing to do anything.
What if it's still showing after a few days?
If the hold is still appearing after 5 working days, contact your bank directly. They can check their authorisation hold policy and manually release the funds if needed.
