Did my order go through?

If your order went through successfully, you'll receive a confirmation email straight away. If you haven't received one, here are a few things to check.

Check your inbox first

  • Spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there

  • Correct email address — make sure you used the right email at checkout

  • Express payment accounts — if you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the confirmation may have been sent to the email linked to that account instead

Still can't find it?

Get in touch with us and include the email address you used at checkout. We'll check our system and can:

  • Confirm whether your order exists

  • Resend the confirmation email if needed

  • Fix any email address issues

If no order is found

This usually means your payment didn't go through or is still processing. In that case:

  • Place a new order with the correct details

  • Check your bank or card for any pending charges — these typically clear within 24–48 hours

  • Make sure your payment method has enough funds available

Important note: Our system sends confirmation emails instantly for successful orders. If you haven't received anything within a few minutes, something likely went wrong with the payment rather than the email.
