My order was returned to sender — what now?

If your order has been sent back to us, we can either resend it to you or process a refund, depending on the circumstances.

What to do

Get in touch with us and include:

  • Your order number

  • Your shipping address (in case it needs updating)

What happens next

We'll look into why the order was returned and make sure any address issues are corrected before resending. If a resend isn't possible, we'll arrange a refund instead.
