Don't worry — payment declines are usually easy to fix. Here are a few things to try.
Try a different payment method
If one card isn't working, try another card or switch to a different payment option like PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Double-check your billing details
Make sure your billing address and card details match exactly what your bank has on file. Even a small difference can cause a decline.
Check with your bank
Some banks flag online purchases as suspicious, especially first-time orders from a new site. A quick call to your bank to authorise the transaction usually fixes this.
Don't worry about pending charges
If your payment failed but you see a "pending" charge on your account, this will disappear on its own within a few hours. No money has actually been taken.
