A description of what you expected vs what arrived
If we sent the wrong item
If the item doesn't match what you ordered, we'll get the correct one sent out to you straight away. You don't need to return the wrong item first.
If you ordered the wrong model by mistake
This is more common than you'd think — Samsung models in particular look almost identical. If the item matches what was ordered but you need a different model:
UK customers: return through our returns portal for a refund and reorder the correct model
International customers: we can offer store credit worth 40% of your order value to save you the cost of international return shipping, and you can use it towards the correct item
Not sure which phone model you have?
Check your phone model in Settings → General → About (iPhone) or Settings → About Phone (Samsung). This helps confirm whether the case you ordered matches your phone.
Screen protector or lens protector shows a different model on the packaging?
This is the correct product — you have exactly what you need. Several iPhone models share the same screen protector and lens protector because the screen dimensions and camera layout are identical between them. We just haven't updated all our packaging labels to list every compatible model yet.
For example, the iPhone 16 Pro screen protector is the exact same product as the iPhone 17 screen protector — same size, same cutouts, same fit. The label may say one model, but it fits both perfectly because they're identical screens.
