If your refund amount doesn't look right, it's usually down to one of a few things.
Why this happens
The most common reasons are:
Promotional recalculation — if you returned part of a multi-buy order (like Buy 1, Get 1 Free), the refund is based on what you'd have paid for just the items you're keeping, not a simple split of your original total.
Return shipping fee — UK customers have £1.99 deducted from their refund for the pre-paid Royal Mail label.
Original shipping cost — outgoing shipping charges from your original order aren't refunded.
