Introduction
Lists can either be scheduled or performed ad-hoc.
Scheduled Lists are managed from the template builder on the web portal, and can be set to any schedule that works for your operation. Scheduled Lists will appear on a location's Mobile Feed 8 hours before it's start time, allowing for visibility for the team. Once the start time begins, the task card will appear green and will be ready to be performed.
Ad Hoc Lists are started from a library of templates, and can be performed at anytime, without a set schedule, by anyone who has access to that template. This access is also given and managed from the template builder on the web portal.
If a List is scheduled and visible on a locations feed, and a user pulls up an ad-hoc version of the same list, they are creating a second instance of that list. The Ad-Hoc list will not count towards the scheduled completion %.
Scheduled Lists
Log in to the Blanket mobile app. The Store Feed contains all of the lists, action plans, and issues that need to be done for your site, organized into cards.
Green Card = Ready to start
Orange Card = Overdue by <60 minutes
Red Card = Overdue by more than 1 hour
Grey Card = List is not ready to start yet
View the start times and due times on each card. If there is no avatar in the top right corner of the card, the list has not been assigned or started.
Once a list has expired, it disappears from the feed and cannot be performed. The Status is marked as "missed."
To perform a list, simply tap on the card to begin. Answer the tasks according to their answer types. You can leave comments, add photos, or create Action Items as you perform your list.
Ad-Hoc Lists
Some lists are not scheduled. Instead, they can be accessed “ad-hoc” using the blue +Start button to anyone who has permission to do so. These permissions are managed in the template builder for each list.
Please note; these lists will not count towards your scheduled completion % as they are not scheduled. You can still view the responses in Reports.
Here, you can access a library of list templates that are available to your position and your location. Once you start a list from the Ad-Hoc library of templates, it will appear on the feed for that location.
