Here’s how to set it up:
1. Navigate to Sequences
On the left-hand sidebar, click on "Sequences".
Click on "New DM Campaign" to create a new direct messaging campaign.
2. Add Leads to Your Sequence
You can add leads through:
Saved Segments: Use segments created through LinkedIn database or LinkedIn Post Search.
Find New Leads: Alternatively, use Social Search, Audience Builder, or Wallet CRM to find new leads.
Click Next after choosing your leads.
3. Select the Sending Account
On the top left of the sequence builder, select the LinkedIn account that will be used for sending connect requests and DMs.
4. Add Actions to Your Sequence
For LinkedIn sequences, you can perform the following actions:
Connect on LinkedIn: Send a connection request with an optional note.
DM on LinkedIn: Once the connection request is accepted, send a direct message.
5. Customize Content
Write personalized messages for each step, including the connect request and follow-ups.
Add a campaign end step at the conclusion of each path in the campaign.
Preview your message templates to ensure accuracy and personalization.
Tip: Use AI fields option to get AI generated content for your DMs.
Finally, click on Next.
6. Name and Launch
Name your campaign for easy tracking and click launch to begin your LinkedIn outreach campaign. The sequence will automatically manage connections and follow-ups based on your setup.
