Here’s how to create a sequence for your Twitter/X segment:
1. Navigate to Sequences
On the left-hand sidebar, click on "Sequences".
Click on "New DM Campaign" to start a new direct messaging sequence.
2. Add Leads to Your Sequence
You can add leads from different sources:
Saved Segments: Choose leads from segments created through the X database, X Post Search, X Account Search, or X Spaces Listeners Search.
Upload CSV: Upload a CSV file with Twitter handles.
Paste URLs: Manually paste Twitter account URLs.
Other Features: You can also find new leads using features like Social Search, Audience Builder, or Wallet CRM.
Click Next after adding your leads.
3. Select the Sending Account
On the top left of the sequence builder, select the Twitter/X account you want to use for the DM campaign.
4. Add Actions to Your Sequence
Actions are the steps in the sequence. Here’s what you can do:
Follow on Twitter: Start by following the lead.
Unfollow on Twitter
Send DM: After following, send a direct message.
You can change the time delay after each action as per your wish. We recommend setting follow-up time delays to 1-2 days for standard outreach campaigns.
You can multiple actions as shown in the reference below.
5. Customize Content
Create personalized messages for each step in the sequence.
Set a campaign end step at the end of each message path to finalize your sequence.
Use the preview option to ensure your message templates are correct.
Tip: Use options like "Twitter Username" and "First name" for automatically adding their name in the message as shown in this example.
Click Next to continue.
6. Name and Launch
Give your campaign a name to easily identify it.
Once everything is ready, hit launch and your sequence will start reaching out to the leads automatically.
