Curb Hero’s Scheduler streamlines hosting Open Houses for both listing agents and buyers agents.
As part of our team/brokerage features, admins can post available Open House time slots right inside Curb Hero, and associated agents can view and claim them directly from your account. No tracking down text messages or misunderstandings leading to last minute scrambles for coverage.
How It Works - View Available Open Houses Events
When your admin adds available Open House time slots, the Scheduler will show up in your account's Listings screen
Any unassigned events can be requested immediately
If approved, you'll get notified and you'll be good to go.
Reminders and Cheat Sheets Included
Before the Open House, we’ll send you reminders AND listing prep info so you’re fully ready
Afterwards, we’ll send a smart summary highlighting top leads and other important info — perfect for follow-up and sharing with your team.
Managing Your Schedule
What if something changes and I can't host the Open House?
If your schedule changes or something comes up, reach out to your admin — they can reassign the slot or make updates.
Coming soon: you’ll be able to update your own status for a time slot (confirm, decline, request reassignment — just like calendar invites).
What if I need someone to host my Open House?
Reach out to your admin and mention your upcoming Open House days, times and locations so they can make them available for the team.
Even if you already know who you plan to host them, share that with your admin too – this way they get reminders and prep info so they are set up for success.
