Adding Open House Events to the Scheduler
You can open the Scheduler for any listing in the Listings screen
OR the Edit Listing Screen
Then, within the Scheduler, you can begin creating events for that listing.
Create Open House time slots for any upcoming Open House
Assign an agent to host OR leave the slot unassigned so agents can claim it.
Let Agents Claim Available Slots
Unassigned time slots will be visible to your agents in their Curb Hero app.
First agent to claim a slot gets the assignment (you’ll be notified).
Once assigned, the agent will see the listing in their Curb Hero account and we'll remind them when the Open House is coming AND send them valuable info to prep for the Open House
After the Open House you and the agent will get an AI powered Open House summary detailing the top leads and much more.
Edit or Reassign at Any Time
Even after an agent gets assigned, you'll be able the edit the day, time, or assignment for any Open House, within the Listing's Scheduler.
Change the date, time, or agent assigned to any time slot — just like rescheduling a meeting on your calendar.
Remove agents from a time slot and/or reassign it.
Make it part of your office meetings
During weekly meetings, have the Scheduler open so you can:
see which listings need Open House coverage and which agents are available to host
fill in any assignments during/after the meeting to ensure full coverage for upcoming Open Houses.
