What if it's not my listing? Can I still use Curb Hero?
What if it's not my listing? Can I still use Curb Hero?

The short answer is YES. But read this article for details and how you can mention the listing agent in these scenarios

In Curb Hero's marketing we don't require that the listing you add to your account is your listing. That means you can hold the Open House or market the listing for a teammate or another agent. Just add the address and set up the Open House info (here's tutorial with a video on that).

If you want to make it clearer who the listing agent is for the property, here are a couple options.

A) In the "Microsite" section of the Listing's setup:

  • add the listing agent name at the end of the Description field.

  • If you want, include a link to the listing agent's website or online profile in the More Info field

B) In the "legal" section in the My Profile screen πŸ‘€ :

  1. Use our Disclaimer field. For example add "Listing Agent: [Insert Agent Name]"

  2. If you want, use the URL field to include a link to the listing agent's website or online profile

*this disclaimer is used in both the Curb Hero Listing Microsites and the onlyl.ink microsite.

Note: The above options involve displaying the listing agent within the listing microsite NOT the Open House sign-in. The reason is that the microsites are the main marketing features within Curb Hero that agents info is displayed (our Digital Open House Sign-in shows the agent's branding and property info but doesn't mention the agent by name).
