With our direct integrations, you can sync data directly to your CRM and set everything up in Curb Hero.

Here's a video that walks through setting up a direct integration within Curb Hero's web app – in this example we setup Follow Up Boss (FUB):

Step by Step Instructions on setting up a Direct Integration

Step 1: Within the My Profile screen in our web app https://app.curbhe.ro/ you can pick from our direct integrations.

NOTE: this functionality isn't available yet in our mobile apps, but once you set up an integration, your account will be synced across all devices that you use Curb Hero with.

Email support@curbhe.ro if you're not seeing your CRM listed here (we also have integrations with 5000+ CRMs and marketing tools via our zapier integration).

Step 2: As a one-time step, you'll need to authenticate with your CRM (depending on your CRM you may need to login or enter an API key).

Step 3: Then map the Curb Hero data fields to the corresponding fields in your CRM and "Activate" integration. You'll start seeing new Curb Hero leads automatically get added to your CRM.

About mapping:

  • this is where a lot of users get tripped up SO make sure you're selecting the correct field from the drop down of available fields to map.

  • to view the dropdown click "Insert data"– see blue arrow below (and if you don't see this button start typing "@" in the text box) and the dropdown should open.

  • Then select the field that matches from the dropdown – see pink outlined section below

  • DO NOT TYPE YOUR EMAIL, NAME, OR PHONE NUMBER INTO THESE FIELDS (which is a common mistake)

FAQ

Q: Why aren't my test leads getting added to my CRM

A: Assuming you've set up the integration using the steps above, the two most common issues are the mapping OR testing with emails or phone numbers that already exist in your CRM. Most CRMs have processes to prevent duplicate entries from being added so try and test with new emails and phone numbers that don't exist in your CRM.

Q: Can Team Admins assign leads to their agents?

A: This is possible in many cases depending on how your CRM works. For example our direct FUB integration includes a field for "Agent Email" which lets team admins assign the lead to the agent that captured the lead. Here's a video tutorial on how team admins can set this up. Many other CRMs will have similar options though often times the setup and behavior has small differences.
