More Advanced FUB Use Cases

Here are a few ways to get even more out of our FUB integration

All of the customizations below can be done In the FUB integration which is managed the Integrations section our web app's My Profile screen

Include Custom Questions/Answers in FUB

To make sure all custom questions/answers are added to FUB you can add them in the Description field like this

Often times agents/teams want to manage follow up tasks and campaigns based on the answers to custom questions (ex: Who is your real estate agent?)

This often done by adding the answer to the question in the "Tags" field like this

This will bring in the answer to the corresponding question exactly as the visitor inputs it. So in the case of Who is your real estate agent? we configure the answers by default as multiple choice options that should work well as FUB tags

...but you can adjust the questions, answers or even add text before/after the "Additional Answer 1" field so it works with your process.

Update Notes for Lead in FUB

You can also now add notes to pass into FUB:

In the FUB integration (visit the Integrations section in the My Profile screen), choose which field you’d like your notes to be mapped to and select "Insert Data" to map the Notes field.

TIP: we recommend the message or description field because those will create a new event in the contact's activity timeline with the notes.

Include Property Inquiry Data in FUB

In our direct integration you can include property data. This is helpful if sending any nurture campaigns that target certain types of properties (ex: using services like RealScout).

If you've already setup a basic FUB integration here's what to do:

1. In our web app (https://app.curbhe.ro/), visit the Integrations section in the My Profile screen

2. Select the existing FUB integration to edit (it should have a green switch next to it since it's already enabled)

3. here's where to make sure you're passing in the correct listing specific data.

Assigning Leads to Agents

When agents are connected to an active team/brokerage admin plan, leads can be automatically assigned to the agents FUB account if the following settings are configured:

  • Team team/brokerage admin has set up a direct FUB integration (see tutorial here)

  • One of the important settings to ensure the assignment is the "Agent Email" field

  • Make sure the agent's FUB email is the same as the email used in their Curb Hero account

  • Also make sure that, in FUB the agent is part of the admin's team like this in FUB's Admin > Teams settings:
