You turn off the auto-merging of transfers in your Account Settings with the Auto-Merge Transfers switch. After that you connect transfers yourself, i.e. manual merging.
What is auto-merging?
Transfers between your integrations are identified automatically by Blockpit: related withdrawals and deposits are matched based on certain rules (parameters) and linked directly to the Transfer label. We call this merging, because two transactions become one.
How do I deactivate auto-merging?
1️⃣ Open your Account Settings.
2️⃣ Deactivate Auto-Merge Transfers.
What happens next?
▸ From now on you connect related withdrawals and deposits yourself into a Transfer.
▸ Undo: Switch Auto-Merge Transfers back on in the account settings.
Typical mistakes
✗ Auto-merging off and transfers not merged → deposits and withdrawals stay separate, and hints such as Missing History can appear
