Payments
Your circle payments can be made from any bank account that is registered in your name. To set or update the bank account where your payments will be taken, follow these steps:
Open the Bloom Money app and go to the ‘Home’ tab.
Tap on the ⚙️ Settings icon located in the top right corner.
Select 'Payment Details' from the menu.
Choose 'Card details' to update your bank account information for circle payments.
Note: You'll need to enter the following information: the name on the bank account, the long number on your card, the card's expiry date, and the CVC (Card Verification Code).
Payouts
Your payout from your circle can be withdrawn to any bank account that is registered in your name. To set or update the bank account where your payout will be sent to, follow these steps:
Open the Bloom Money app and go to the ‘Home’ tab.
Tap on the ⚙️ Settings icon located in the top right corner.
Select 'Payment Details' from the menu.
Choose 'Bank details' to enter or update your bank account details to the account where you would like your money to be withdrawn when it's time for your payout.
Note: You'll need to enter the name on the bank account, along with your account number and sort-code. This information is required to ensure that your payout payments are correctly processed and sent to the right bank account.
Any bank account changes will not be able to take effect right away. This is because any change requests need to be processed, which typically takes 14 days. In the event that you have upcoming payouts due within 14 days of a change request, they will continue to be sent to your old bank account. Once the 14 days have passed and your bank account change has been processed, your payouts will then be sent to your new bank account as requested.
