At Bloom Money, we are committed to providing the best service possible. We strive to make sure all customers are greeted in a timely, courteous manner; that any inquiries are resolved correctly, promptly, and professionally. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service and wish to make a complaint, we take customer satisfaction very seriously.

It also explains how we will respond once we've received your complaint, setting out the timescale for our response and the potential outcomes. You can submit your complaint either through our online form found on our Complaints Policy page, or in writing at the address provided.

If your complaint is about something we have done wrong or could have done better, we always want to hear about it. We will use the feedback provided to help improve our service going forward.
