Unable to sign in with Facebook

Blossom has discontinued supporting Facebook as a sign-in method due to changes in platform requirements, making it no longer viable. Users who previously logged in with Facebook will need to switch to an alternate sign-in method, which may require account migration.

If you previously signed in with Facebook, follow these steps below so we can transfer your original account over to a new account.

To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a new Blossom account with the manual sign-up option using a new username and email address.

  2. Use the chat support function to reach out to us and let us know:

    • ​Old Account: Email and Username

    • New Account: Email and Username:

  3. We'll have our developer team migrate the account over for you as soon as possible. Rest assured, you'll maintain all of your original account info (holdings, posts, followers etc.)
