I switched mobile devices and I can no longer login

If you have recently switched from IOS to Android ( or vice versa) follow these steps below so we can transfer your original account over to a new account.

To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a new Blossom account with the manual sign-up option using a new username and email address.

  2. Use the chat support function to reach out to us and let us know:

    • ​Old Account: Email and Username:

    • New Account: Email and Username:

    Note: The old account email and username MUST both be different from the new account email and username.

  3. We'll have our developer team migrate the account over for you as soon as possible. Rest assured, you'll maintain all of your original account info (holdings, posts, followers etc.)
