How can I reconnect my brokerage account to my Blossom profile?

Keeping your brokerage account linked to your Blossom profile ensures that you can efficiently manage your portfolio. Below, we cover general steps for reconnecting accounts, solutions to specific issues reported by Questrade users, and updates concerning Webull account linking.

Disconnect and Reconnect a Brokerage Account

Especially if your brokerage is "connected" but showing 0% in your portfolio in Blossom, please try disconnecting and reconnecting again. To reconnect your brokerage account to Blossom, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Blossom app and navigate to the Portfolio tab.

  2. Click on the bank icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Follow the prompts to link your brokerage account. You can also reconnect directly from the Portfolio tab itself. These steps apply to all supported brokerages on Blossom, providing a quick and straightforward way to resolve disconnections.

Questrade Disconnection Issues

For Questrade users, a specific issue has been identified where accounts may disconnect unexpectedly. To fix this issue:

  1. Log in to your Questrade account directly via the Questrade website.

  2. Check for any new terms and conditions that may require acceptance.

  3. Accept the terms and conditions, if prompted.

  4. Return to the Blossom app and follow the general reconnection steps outlined above. This solution has been effective for many users experiencing similar problems. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Blossom support for additional assistance.

Important Notice for Webull Users

Currently, the partnership between Blossom and Webull is on hold due to their brokerage linking regulations. As a result, you will be unable to link or reconnect your Webull account to Blossom until October. Be sure to check for updates after this date for reconnection availability.
