You can stop charging using any of the following methods:
On the Charger: Tap "Stop" on the charger display, which may be a touch screen or a physical stop button.
In Your Vehicle: Tap "Stop" on your in-vehicle charging dashboard.
Unplug the Vehicle: Ensure you physically unplug your vehicle from the station to fully complete your session and avoid idle fees.
In the rare case that you are unable to stop charging, try these alternatives:
Emergency Stop: Use the emergency stop button on the charger.
Adjust Vehicle Settings: Try resetting your vehicle's charge limit to match the current state of charge.
If you have removed the plug from your vehicle and see the charging process in progress in the app, please do not worry. The ongoing charging process will not charge you extra from the moment the energy delivery stops. Your process will stop automatically. There is no need to worry.
