In order to connect your Tesla vehicle successfully to your Bluedot account, please make sure of the following;
If your Tesla vehicle belongs to a business organization (i.e. not owned individually);
Tesla Business has a concept of "Payment Responsibility" when it comes to the payment of charging sessions. As per this concept;
Each vehicle has one (and only one) charging payment responsible amongst its drivers
And you must ensure that the driver who has the payment responsibility;
has added the Bluedot card to their payment settings for charging payments
is connected their account to the Bluedot FleetOS through https://fleets.thebluedot.co/add-vehicle/tesla
In order to create a streamlined flow to connect your Tesla Business vehicles to Bluedot FleetOS, we recommend the following procedure;
Create a Tesla account under your organization dedicated for charging payments, such as
tesla_charging_payer@yourorganization.com
Add this account as a driver to all your vehicles in Tesla Business
Note that Tesla allows up to 5 drivers per vehicle. So adding a dedicated charging payment responsible driver won't cause any operational limitation problems in practical terms.
Mark this account as the charging payment responsible for all your vehicles in Tesla Business
Connect this driver account to Bluedot FleetOS through https://fleets.thebluedot.co/add-vehicle/tesla
We recommend that you never change the charging payment responsibility of the vehicle during its lifetime
In the future, if new vehicles arrive, apply the 2nd and 3rd items for the newly arrived vehicles in Tesla Business
Note that other steps are not necessary for new vehicles
Our systems check Tesla connections for new vehicles on a daily basis
Thus your new vehicle should appear in Bluedot FleetOS at most in 24 hours
If you like your vehicle to be added sooner, please contact us

Please note that failing in one or more of the aforementioned settings may result in partial or complete loss of charging sessions integration from your Tesla vehicle towards Bluedot FleetOS.
