If your charging session stops prematurely, try the following steps:
Unplug from the Charging Station: Follow any steps required by your vehicle to safely disconnect from the station.
Plug Back In: Reconnect to the same charging station or try a different one.
Restart Charging: Open the Presto app, select the station you're plugged into, and swipe to start charging.
Please note: A charging session may end prematurely due to charger-specific time limits or if your vehicle's charge limit has been reached.
