Sometimes, connecting to a charger may take a few minutes. If the connection process fails, please try the following steps:

  1. Retry the Connection: Attempt to connect to the charger again a few times. Often, a second or third attempt will resolve the issue.

  2. Try a Different Station: If the charger still won't connect after several attempts, consider moving to a different charging station.
