Existing BlueGive donors have the option to open more than one DAF account under the same login. This may be useful for clients that want to have multiple investment strategies for their donor advised fund.
Setting up an additional DAF for clients with an existing donor advised fund
On the advisor dashboard click Invite Client/Add Account in the top right corner--> Click the client's name in the dropdown--> Click Add Account
For account type, choose Donor Advised Fund and fill in the remaining fields
Click Add Account
You will receive a message "invite successfully sent" letting you know that you have successfully created the account.
The client will receive an email with the subject line "An Additional Fund Has Been Added To Your Account."
The client will click the link within the email "Complete Your Setup" which will bring them to the BlueGive login page
Upon logging in, your client will now see a dropdown in the top left corner with both accounts--> click on the new DAF account
They will then be asked to confirm the new DAF details. Once confirmed the account will be complete and created
