🚀 New Product Enhancements Are Live!

We’re excited to announce two major updates that make it easier than ever to review, filter, and understand your transactions. These enhancements are now LIVE on the platform!

Updated this week

Recent Transactions Filters

Users can now create custom filters on the Recent Transactions page to quickly find what they need. Filters are available for:

  • Contributions

  • Grants

  • Campaigns

When you click Filter, you’ll see a set of radio buttons that allow you to narrow down results.

  • Contribution Filters: Once selected, you can filter further by contribution type and status.

  • Grant Filters: Grants can be filtered by charity and status.

  • Campaign Filters: Filter transactions associated with specific campaigns.

Clicking Filter again will keep your settings in place and display tags showing which filters are active. You can easily remove an individual filter by clicking the “x” on its tag, or reset everything at once with the Reset All Filters button.

We’ve also enhanced the download to Excel feature. The file you export will now reflect the filters you’ve applied:

  • Apply filters > Download only those filtered records

  • Remove all filters > Download all records within the selected date range

This ensures your downloaded reports always match exactly what you see on screen.

Transaction Detail Cards

Transaction Detail Cards have been enriched with additional information, giving users a clearer and more complete view of both contributions and grants.

🔹 For Security Contributions

Users can now see more detailed information directly on the contribution detail card, including:

  • Ticker symbol

  • Security name

  • Quantity and value

  • Custodian/Broker

This gives clients full visibility into their contributions, ensuring clarity when tracking investments made as charitable gifts.

🔹 For Grants

We’ve also added new fields to the grant detail cards, including:

  • Anonymous flag (whether the donor chose to give anonymously)

  • Start & end dates (for recurring grants)

  • Frequency (one-time vs. recurring)

  • Grant notes

  • Payment method

This provides a more transparent view of grant activity so users can quickly confirm important details at a glance.
