Add Cash using a connected Bank Account
To connect BlueGive with your Bank Account, TIFIN partners with Plaid for an effortless and secure connection.

Click Add Funds > Select Add Cash Using Connected Bank Account
Follow the steps to connect with the financial institution of your choice. You will be redirected to the 3rd party site to input your credentials. Upon successful connection you will not need to re-login going forward.
Set up a Recurring ACH Bank Contribution
Once your Bank Account is connected using Plaid, navigate back to the Contribute page > New Contribution > Add Cash Using Connected Bank Account
You will see any connected bank accounts and whether they have been verified on the left side. Select an account to view the Account Balance:
Fill in the Contribution Amount, Frequency of your recurring contribution, and the Start Date. Check the box and Agree to the Terms & Conditions > Click Submit. Your recurring contribution will show up under Cash Contributions.
Credit Card Contribution
To connect BlueGive with your credit card account, TIFIN partners with Stripe for an effortless and secure connection.
Click Add Funds --> Add Cash Using Credit Card
Once you've entered your credit card information, you can then submit a credit card contribution:
Setting Up a Recurring Credit Card Contribution
Once your credit card is connected using Stripe, navigate back to the Contribute page > New Contribution > Add Cash Using Credit Card
You will see any connected credit cards and whether they have been verified on the left side:
Fill in the Contribution Amount, Frequency of your recurring contribution, and the Start Date. Check the box and Agree to the Terms & Conditions > Click Submit. Your recurring contribution will show up under Cash Contributions.
Add Cash Via Wire Transfer
To set up a BlueGive contribution via wire transfer, click Add Funds on the overview page or on the contribute page
Select Add Cash Via Wire Transfer.
BlueGive automatically populates the necessary fields to submit a US Dollar wire from your external account.

Select the originating account holder making the contribution for tax receipt purposes. Include the Intended Contribution Amount and check the box to acknowledge intent the contribute.
After clicking Submit you will see the Pending Wire Transfer in your Cash Contribution History.
Contribute Stocks or Securities
To contribute securities, including appreciated securities to a BlueGive DAF, click New Contribution from your Contribution tab.
Select Add Public Securities. BlueGive automatically populates the necessary fields to submit a securities transfer from your external account.

Select the originating account holder making the contribution for tax receipt purposes.
Input the Security Details: Custody Platform / Broker, Ticker Symbol, Share Quantity.
Click Add. You may repeat this process to add multiple securities for contribution.
Check the box to acknowledge intent to contribute.
3. If you're transferring securities from a Fidelity account, you'll need to setup the standing instructions first. Click this link showing you how to setup standing instructions for your Fidelity account.
4. Below is the account information you'll need to provide to the third party in which the transfer is coming from. You can either transfer the funds to GiveClear's account at Fidelity or the Schwab (we prefer Fidelity):
Transfer an External DAF
To transfer an external DAF to BlueGive, click New Contribution from your Contribution tab.
Select External DAF Transfer. BlueGive automatically populates the necessary fields to submit a grant transfer from your external DAF account.

Submit an Intent to Contribute by entering the External DAF Platform where you intend to transfer the funds from. Include the Intended Amount of the DAF > Click Submit.
