You can access your BlueMind invoices at any time from your account. This guide shows you where to find them and how to download a copy for your records.
Where to find your invoices
Your invoices are stored in Billing settings. To get there:
Log in to your BlueMind account.
Navigate to "my profile".
Select Billing.
From here, you'll see your billing history, including your past and current invoices.
Viewing an invoice
In Billing settings, your invoices are listed with details such as the date, amount, and payment status. Select any invoice to open it and view the full breakdown, including your plan, any team member seats, and the billing period it covers.
Downloading an invoice
To save a copy for your records or to submit as a business expense, select the download option next to the invoice you want. Your invoice will download as a PDF that you can save, print, or forward to your accountant.
Reviewing your billing history
Your billing history gives you a full record of your payments over time. This is useful when you need to:
Confirm a payment went through
Reconcile your business expenses
Review charges after changing plans or adding team members
