BlueMind processes all payments securely through Stripe, a leading global payment provider. This article explains what payment methods we accept and how your payment information is protected.

What we accept

Payments are made by credit or debit card. Stripe supports all major cards, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

How payments are processed

All BlueMind payments are handled by Stripe. This means your card details are entered and stored directly with Stripe, not with BlueMind. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor, so your payment information is handled to the highest industry security standards.

When you'll be charged

Your subscription is billed according to the plan you've selected — monthly or annually. If you're on a Team plan, your charge includes your base subscription plus a per-seat cost for each team member.

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing period.

If a payment fails

If a payment doesn't go through — for example, if your card has expired or been replaced — update your payment method as soon as possible. If you have questions about a failed payment, reach out to our team.
