When orders are created on behalf of the customer, they will default to the creator as the assignee. If you need to reassign the order to someone else, you can do that in just a few simple steps.
First, if you're not already in the order, you can pull it up direcly on the dashboard by searching for the order number, or scrolling through and clicking on the order number at line-item level.
From the ORDER screen, you'll see the current ASSIGNEE in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the name of the current person assigned, to select a new team member to assign the order to.
After selecting the correct team member, click 'SAVE' to continue.
You'll need to confirm your choice on the next screen. Click 'CANCEL' if you want to revert back to the original Assignee or choose someone else. Click 'CONFIRM' to confirm your choice and the order will be reassinged for you.
The TIMELINE will show your changes as well.
