Once you’ve got at least one member of your team onboard and logged in to the Dashboard, they can add any other team members to use the dashboard.

We'll start on the main page of the Dashboard, which is where you will land after logging in. Click on 'TEAM' from the left-hand navigation bar, then click "Team Members".
The team members page will show you a list of everyone that can access the Boatyard dashboard. Click on " +New Team Member" in the upper right corner to add a new team member to use Boatyard.
The Add Member module will open up on your screen. Fill out the appropriate information for your team member to be added, and then click 'Save'.
Part Team Member gives permissions to the new team member to manage parts inventory and purchase orders within Boatyard.
Activating an Account
Once the team member has been added to the dashboard using the steps above, they will need to confirm their email address to activate their account.
First, they should go to our sign-up page at https://app.boatyard.com/register and enter their email address and pick a password, then click Sign Up.
They will receive an email asking them to confirm their email address. Once they have confirmed their address, they can return to the dashboard at app.boatyard.com and log in with their email address and the password they picked.
Once you are logged in, you will have access to orders, send invoices, message customers, and much more.
Please note: MarineMax, SkipperBuds and Silver Seas team member will not receive an activation email. You will be able to log into Boatyard using your company email address and password.
