When time is added to a job for a technician, there are a few ways to veiw that information.
View in the TIME TRACKING screen
One way is to view through the TIME TRACKING screen. Click on TIME TRACKING on the left-hand menu to begin. Once there, you'll need to click on the ALL tab to view all jobs.
You can also search for the Job or scroll through the list.
If you're searching for a job, you can search by the customers first name, last name, the technicians name, job title or the job number if known.
Once you locate the correct job, click on the job number, this will open the job details pop-up screen.
You can see the total amount of time tracked and individual logged times displayed under the Time dropdown. The time added to a job is shown as a line item with a time and date stamp of when it was added, and it shows a cumulative total of time worked here.
View in the JOBS screen
The other way you can see the time tracking on a job is in the JOBS screen. Click on JOBS from the left-hand menu to begin.
Locate or search for the job you wish to view the tracked time on. Once you locate the correct job, click on the job number OR the clock icon to open the job details screen.
You can scroll down to the Time section of the job to view all the time that has been logged on this job.
View in the PRO APP
First, ensure you are logged in as a technician. Open the Pro App, and stay on the Home Screen. Next, tap ‘Worked Today’ or ‘Worked This Week’ to view the hours you'd like to see. From there you can instantly view your logged hours for the day or week, and even switch to view previous weeks.
