How to Create a Standalone Job

We understand that there are times that you'll need to create a job for yourself. Maybe you've been asked to help a colleague or customer with an issue? Or maybe there was an emergency and there was no time for the office team to create a job for you. Whatever the situation, we want to make sure that you can create a job for yourself to record your time, notes, photos etc.

The steps below will show you how easy it is to create a standalone job for yourself.

How to Create a Standalone Job:

First, open the Pro App. Then, click on the + button at the bottom right corner of your screen.

This is how you create a standalone job in the pro app. Next, enter a title and description for your job. And then, tap the Create button to save the new job. πŸŽ‰

That's it! The new job has been created. Now you can enter time, notes, or photos and videos the way you would with a regular job.

πŸ’‘ Hint: Use voice-to-text to dictate notes into your jobs. Just tap the microphone icon, which is typically located within the keyboard on your phone. This will save you time so you can quickly create a job.
