This help article is for the MarineMax consumer app.
Below are the steps customers can use to delete their account from the MarineMax app.

How to Delete Your Account
Please note that once you have deleted your account we will not be able to recover your account. Account deletion is permanent.
Step 1: Log into the app
First, you will need to log into your app to delete your account.
If you don't remember your password to log in, you can use the "Reset Password" link to set a new password.
Step 2: Go to Profile
Next, you need to go to your profile screen by tapping on the user icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Delete Account
Lastly, you will scroll to the bottom of the profile screen and tap on the "Delete Account" link.
You will be asked to confirm that you would like to delete your account. To do this you will need to reenter your email address and click on "Delete Account"
Once you have completed these steps, we will immediately permanently delete your account from our database. The following information will be completely deleted:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Payment information
Boat information
Boat Insurance information
We will retain a copy of your order history, however, any personal information (such as name, email address, or boat information) will be removed from the order.
