MarineMax team members who have been added to the dashboard can log in using their MarineMax credentials as a Single Sign-On (SSO).
MarineMax team members are not automatically added to Boatyard. Please ask your manager to add you as a team member to the dashboard, so you can log in.

Logging In
Go to app.boatyard.com to log into the Boatyard dashboard from any device.
Enter your MarineMax email address in the EMAIL box.
The system will automatically recognize the MarineMax email address and the screen will change to the Single Sign-On login screen. Click 'LOGIN TO DASHBOARD'.
Next, you will be prompted to enter your normal MarineMax credentials.
You may be prompted to verify your identity. If so, continue below. If you're not prompted, then once you log in with your credentials, the Dashboard will automatically load for the MarineMax location that you are assigned to. You now have access to orders, send invoices, message customers, and much more.
Verification Process
Choose the method you'd like the verification code sent and follow the steps to complete the verification.
Input the verification code in the 'Code' field, then be sure to mark the checkbox 'Don't ask again for 40 days' to limit the frequency you'll need to do the verification process. Click 'Verify' once ready.
The following screen will ask you if you want to stay signed in. Before clicking 'Yes', be sure to mark the 'Don't show this again' checkbox.
Once you complete the verification process, you'll be logged in with your SSO credentials and the Dashboard will automatically load for the MarineMax location that you are assigned to. You now have access to orders, send invoices, message customers, and much more.
